In November 2018, our programme members had a two-day intensive workshop which focused on Managing Processes and Systems.
The workshop focused on a systems and processes approach, integrating elements of operations management, information management systems, and project management. Key topics covered the design, implementation and on-going operation of goods and service delivery in a variety of organisational contexts.
This intensive taught element of studies will be followed by self-study and team meetings. By the end of this module programme members will have the necessary expertise to be able to critically evaluate the applicability of operations concepts to their respective organisation.
During this workshop, students benefitted from group work and discussions which continued on during socialising activities on both evenings.
