Good afternoon, I trust you are well.

Following our discussion at the end of Saturday’s workshop, this note serves to confirm the timelines provided during the session, which are now also reflected in your session slides as of this afternoon.

Portfolio:
The submission deadline for your Portfolio is 20th March 2026. As discussed, the Portfolio must follow the assessment brief (discussed during the workshop) and be submitted via the Journey Portal in either PDF (preferred) or Microsoft Word format by the stated deadline.

Presentations:
We will be covering presentations during Workshop 2, scheduled for 31st January 2026. For the avoidance of any doubt, this assessment was not covered in Saturday’s workshop, other than mentioning that that the presentations will take place during Workshop 3 on 28th March 2026. In view of this, the submission date of the presentation is also on the 20th March 2026, similar to the Portfolio.
We will have ample time during Workshop 2 to go through the expectations and structure of the presentation. However, to address some of the questions raised, please note that your presentation must be based on your Portfolio, which is why it is referred to as the Portfolio Presentation.
