Steven Gouder brings extensive expertise in business management and strategy to Malta Business School. With a passion for education and knowledge sharing, Steven is dedicated to helping learners develop their business acumen and leadership skills. As a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience across various industries, he has held leadership roles in FMCG import/distribution, luxury retail, logistics, distribution and lately laundry operations and sales. Notably, Steven successfully expanded operations across North Africa for Nike, Converse, Timberland and other sportswear brands, building the business from scratch and implementing strategic changes along the way to make it successful. He received his Henley Executive MBA from Malta Business School in 2013. When not working, Steven enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, pistol shooting, and maintaining his fitness as a CrossFit trainer and practitioner.
