Stephen is the General Manager at Malta Business School, where he oversees the daily operations and supports the strategic growth of the organisation. With a strong background in leadership and operations, he brings a wealth of experience from senior management roles across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, logistics, and distribution.

Stephen holds an MBA from Henley Business School, an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business, and is a certified Executive Coach.  His academic and professional qualifications perfectly complement his extensive hands-on leadership experience.

Driven by a passion for innovation, personal development, and professional coaching, Stephen is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence at Malta Business School. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys travelling, swimming and spending quality time with his family.
