Sarah Gauci Carlton specialises in International Business and Entrepreneurship. With an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and over 30 years of industry experience, she currently serves as the General Manager at Malta’s largest yacht marina, operated by Creek Developments plc. Sarah’s diverse background includes operating her own business on the international tennis tour for 18 years and contributing to various international projects and start-ups. She has also been a Council Member of the Malta Employers Association and a National Instructor for the British Sub Aqua Club. Her passion for tutoring and coaching stems from her involvement in the Instructor Training Scheme. Beyond her professional life, Sarah enjoys trail running, swimming, and diving, finding her happiness outdoors.
