In the 2025 Financial Times Executive Education ranking, Henley Business School has once again earned recognition as one of the world’s top institutions for both open and custom executive education programmes.
Henley’s custom programmes, developed in close partnership with clients, and tailored to meet the unique needs of their organisations, were ranked 4th in the UK, 19th in Europe and 22nd globally, reflecting a significant rise of seven places since 2024.
Its open-enrolment programmes, designed to help individuals enhance their personal impact and contribute to organisational success, also retained a strong performance. In 2025, they were ranked 4th in the UK, 19th in Europe and placed among the world’s top 25 for the sixth consecutive year.
Henley’s strong commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion has also been recognised, achieving 1st place for faculty diversity across the UK, Europe, the Nordics, Africa and globally in the custom programme category. Its international influence was further acknowledged through rankings based on international client engagement, where Henley placed 1st in the UK, Nordics and Africa, 2nd in Europe and 3rd worldwide.

The Financial Times Executive Education ranking is widely regarded as a leading benchmark for programme quality worldwide. In 2025, the FT evaluated 85 schools for open-enrolment programmes and 95 for custom offerings. Notably, client satisfaction contributes 80% to the final scores.
