At Malta Business School, we specialise in various tailored training programs for staff working in local and international organisations. Whether a SME, a medium-sized company or a large corporation, MBS assures its clients to work with their particular needs as well as continue to enhance their talent and help the organisation meet its current and future challenges.
Working hand in hand with HR departments and business units, MBS listens carefully to the organisation’s specific needs and tailors the training accordingly.
Between November and December this year, Lorenzo Mulè Stagno, Dean of Malta Business School, delivered four tailor-made interactive sessions on communication skills to our esteemed client APS Bank, for the Strategy and Marketing department. The concept is that attendees would apply the hands-on knowledge gathered during these sessions to their day-to-day roles and responsibilities. The 13-strong team were very receptive to the training provided, with very useful interactions and discussions about practical issues.
David Pace, Business Development Manager at Malta Business School reiterated the School’s way of thinking: “Our aim is to deliver our training sessions in a practical and highly interactive environment, putting the clients’ needs at the forefront of our personalised approach. In addition to this, clients may opt for the training to be delivered in their premises or at the MBS training center.”
