Lara Frendo’s expertise lies in finance operations, revenue reporting, and process automation within fast-paced, data-driven organisations. She takes pride in designing robust and efficient finance processes while supporting teams to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant financial outcomes. Lara adopts a structured and collaborative approach to her work, partnering closely with data, product, and operational teams to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights and scalable solutions that support business growth. 

She currently holds the role of Finance Operations Manager at a leading performance marketing and iGaming affiliate group. In this position, she oversees day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and revenue oversight, while also leading automation and transformation initiatives aimed at reducing manual effort, strengthening internal controls, and improving the quality and speed of decision-making. Alongside her technical responsibilities, Lara manages and mentors a small finance team, with a strong focus on capability building, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

Lara brings broad professional experience across finance operations, reporting, and cross-functional transformation projects. She is both CPA and ACCA certified and is currently pursuing the Henley Executive MBA through Malta Business School, where she is further developing her strategic, leadership, and commercial capabilities. 

In her personal time, Lara maintains an active lifestyle and trains regularly in HYROX, CrossFit, and gymnastics. She enjoys travelling, values time with family and friends, and has a strong interest in continuous learning, with a growing passion for lecturing and mentoring within the finance and accounting field.
