Jennifer Buhagiar has over 20 years of experience in finance by working in various sectors varying from aviation, corporate services, corporate credit cards and insurance companies. Currently she is working in the shipping sector as Finance & Administration Manager with John Ripard & Son (Shipping) Limited. She is passionate about empowering individuals through financial literacy, leadership development, and personal growth. Her core management skills include team management and team development. Even though she worked mainly in Finance she has a passion for change management. Jennifer holds an MBA from Henley Business School and currently undergoing the ACCA Programme. When not working or lecturing, she pursues her leisure hobbies which include baking and training mainly walking and Pilates.
