Holding a Master of Business Administration from Brunel University (studied at Henley Management College) UK, he brings extensive experience to the classroom. Francis has organized and led multiple training programs on quality, environmental, food hygiene, and safety management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and OHSA 18000. His top positions at the Standards and Metrology Institute of the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) demonstrate his expertise in quality and environmental management systems, testing laboratories, and certification schemes. Additionally, he has contributed to the Office for Goldsmiths and Silversmiths. Francis Farrugia’s commitment to excellence enriches both education and industry. Now semi-retired, Francis remains passionate about education and industry, bringing his commitment to excellence to both fields. In his leisure time, he enjoys gardening and connecting with nature, reflecting his dedication to balance and sustainability in both his personal and professional life.

He holds a B.Sc. in Financial Services from the University of Manchester’s Institute of Science and Technology and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Odilon has 40 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, making his attention to detail impeccable.
