Francis has organized and led multiple training programs on quality, environmental, food hygiene, and safety management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and OHSA 18000. His top positions at the Standards and Metrology Institute of the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) demonstrate his expertise in quality and environmental management systems, testing laboratories, and certification schemes.
