    Dear all,

    Following your inquiries we would like to ask you if Saturday, 19th of July 2025 would be more convenient for you to attend than Saturday, 26th of July 2025.

    The session can be held in one of these dates. In any case, the recording will be available for you next working day after the session.

    Please let us know by Monday 14th of July via email to [email protected] which date works best for you.

    Dear all,

    Following some of your queries we received recently, please find below some clarifications with regards to the presentations and how they should be submitted. Please take this information on board for your next presentations as well.

    Please submit to the Portal only the PowerPoint slides/PDF.
    Only one group member should submit the work.
    If you have speaker notes, they should be embedded in the slides for the whole group (put underneath of each slide), unless your tutor has specifically requested you to provide the separate document with your speaker notes. There’s no need to provide separate notes for each member of the group.

    As for the presentation tomorrow, please note:
    During your presentation, you will be assessed individually on how you present your part of work AND as a group on the basis of your interaction with each other during the presentation. More information about the assessment methods for this module is available in the Module Handbook, which you can find in the Key Resources on the Module Page.
    Everyone is expected to be present during the session. For learners, who are physically not in Malta, there will be a Zoom link to join the session.

    Last but not least, a reminder that although we do ask you to submit 3 days before the deadline, we still leave the submissions open for you, so you can submit later in case of urgency or the need to resubmit, if you realised you mad a mistake in the original submission.

    Dear Jonathan and all,

    Following questions from a couple of you about the slide deck template, I’d like to clarify that MBS do not require learners to use any specific template for the slides.

    The only requirement is that the overall appearance of the presentation should be neutral, consistent and professional in terms of pictures and layouts used. There are no specific requirements for the fonts or text size either, apart from that it should be clearly visible and readable for the audience. Other than that, please feel free to be creative.

    I hope you are well. As has been specified to you previously, the dates of replacement sessions were agreed between the tutor and the group, so they cannot be changed.

    On another note, for any further administrative communication with me as your Programme Coordinator, please kindly use the email or the chat function on the Journey Portal.
    Similarly, if you with to ask your tutor a question, please contact the tutor via chat on the Portal instead of posting on the forum, where your questions are publicly visible for everyone in the group.
