Thanks for informing me about the concerns. Kindly note that if you choose the 4th the lesson won’t be extended for 2 hours.

If none of the proposed dates work for the group, please discuss the alternatives with your tutor during the next session, so you can find something that works for the majority of the group.

Additionally, I would like to have a chat with the class representatives about the issues mentioned so we can discuss together the ways forward in this kind of situations.
