Request for Rescheduling Session

Dear Polina,

I hope this message finds you well.

Following the new-date proposal, it appears that most students are unable to attend the scheduled session. Therefore, we kindly request a rescheduled date, ideally sometime after November 9th. Could you please guide us on the next steps to facilitate this change?

Thanks for passing me this request on behalf of the group. I’ve got in touch with your Tutor and please feel free to discuss with him today the date that suits everybody. There is an option to have a session on Wednesdays starting from 20th November, because by this time, you won’t have any modules on Wednesdays.

Please discuss today with your tutor and let me know, so I can provide the group with a session link, etc.
