Are you looking to develop your sales skills? Or are you looking to take your sales game to the next level? Then the Empowering your Sales Skills workshop is for you.
This workshop offers practical learning experiences, real-world scenarios and engaging discussions that will equip you with a comprehensive set of sales skills. By the end of the workshop, you will have gained valuable insight and developed a toolkit of strategies and techniques to help you succeed in the dynamic world of sales.
This workshop is spilt into 4 parts, all delivered on the same day. These are broken down below:
Session 1: Preparing for a Successful Sale
- Understanding the sales process
- Preparing to ace your sales meeting
- Planning the logistics: sales channels, strategies and best practices
- Adapting your communication style to your customer
- Differences between B2C and B2B customers
Session 2: Cultivating Professionalism and Friendliness
- Striking the right balance between warmth and professionalism
- Adapting your communication style
- Mastering the art of active listening and asking the right questions
- Building trust and rapport with potential customers
- Applying persuasive techniques to influence customer behaviour positively
Session 3: Mastering Negotiation for Win-win Outcomes
- Learning effective negotiation techniques
- Addressing customer questions, concerns and objections with confidence and tact
- Recognising opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Session 4: Closing the Sale and Follow up
- Strategies for successfully closing sales and sealing the deal
- Importance of follow up and managing customer relationships
- Growing your customer base
Certification
A Certificate of Attendance will be provided after completion of the workshop.
