The aim of this full day workshop is to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to navigate and thrive in today’s dynamic marketing environment by understanding key principles and emerging trends.
This workshop is spilt into 4 parts, all delivered on the same day. These are broken down below:
Session 1: Introduction to Modern Marketing
- Defining marketing in the digital age
- Evolution and current trends in technological advancements
Session 2: Understanding the Consumer Journey
- Mapping the customer journey across multiple touchpoints
- Leveraging data to gain insights into consumer behaviour and preferences
Session 3: Content Marketing Excellence
- Crafting compelling content that resonates with the target audience
- Utilising different content formats for maximum impact
- Using case studies and innovative marketing
Session 4: Ethical Considerations in Modern Marketing
- Building trust and transparency through ethical marketing practices
- Privacy concerns and regulations
Certification
A Certificate of Attendance will be provided after completion of the workshop.
This course is designed for individuals who already have a marketing background, and who want to update their marking knowledge. This includes individuals already working in a marketing environment, or have studied marketing, or those who have a serious interest in digital marketing.

Course Format
An 8-hour workshop that will include a presentation together with practical examples, exercises and discussions
