The importance of giving and receiving feedback properly is a crucial skill not only for managers but for all employees at the workplace, irrespective of whether they are dealing with external clients or fellow colleagues. This course will focus on understanding the importance of feedback and introducing proven methods of not only receiving feedback but more importantly on giving feedback in an appropriate and useful way.
Whether you need to give positive or negative feedback, or receive effective feedback, it is important that you know the purpose of the feedback. When tackled in the right way, feedback brings about changes in behaviour, highlighting those areas which are being handled well, and other areas which are in need of improvement and change.
