This workshop is spilt into 3 parts, all delivered on the same day. These are broken down below:

Session 1: Understanding ESG Concepts and Implications:

  • Identifying major environmental challenges faced by organisations
  • Explaining the impact of social issues on the organisation, the employees and community engagement
  • Connecting ESG factors to assess organisational sustainability, success and stakeholder wellbeing
  • Recognising the significance of governance practices such as transparency and ethical decision-making

Session 2: Assessing ESG Risks and Opportunities:

  • Identifying ESG risks relevant to your organisation and industry
  • Analysing the impact of risks on operations, reputation and performance
  • Assessing ESG opportunities to enhance organisational competitiveness
  • Considering strategies to leverage ESG for business growth

Session 3: Understanding the Interconnectedness of ESG and CSR

  • Describing how ESG factors align with CSR goals
  • Identifying CSR initiatives that align with ESG priorities
  • Integrating ESG and CSR to drive sustainable business practice

Certification

A Certificate of Attendance will be provided after completion of the workshop.
