This workshop is designed to equip you with essential conflict management skills to better manage and resolve conflicts in the workplace.
Through engaging activities and real-life scenarios, participants will learn to identify, manage and resolve conflicts effectively, promoting a more positive and productive work environment.
By the end of the interactive workshop, participants will have a valuable tool kit of practical strategies and techniques to turn conflict into collaboration.
This workshop is spilt into 4 parts, all delivered on the same day. These are broken down below:
Session 1: Understanding Workplace Conflict

- Types of conflict in the workplace
- Sources of conflict
- Conflict – the challenges and the opportunities
- Personal conflict styles
Session 2: Conflict Management Skills
- Conflict situations and the role of EI
- Active and effective listening skills.
- Clear and assertive communication
- Creating win-win outcomes
Session 3: Conflict Resolution Strategies and Techniques
- Conflict resolution models and frameworks
- Root cause analysis
- Problem-solving strategies
- Managing the mediation process
Session 4: Action Planning
- Planning conflict resolution meetings
- Developing action plans for moving forward
- Self-assessment and reflection on further development needs
Certification
A Certificate of Attendance will be provided after completion of the workshop.
