Stephen is the General Manager at Malta Business School, where he oversees the daily operations and supports the strategic growth of the organisation. With a strong background in leadership and operations, he brings a wealth of experience from senior management roles across diverse industries including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, logistics, and distribution.

Stephen holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA, which complement his hands-on leadership experience with a strong academic foundation.

Passionate about growth, innovation, personal development and professional coaching,  Stephen is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence at Malta Business School. Outside of his professional role, he enjoys travelling, swimming and spending quality time with his family.
