Oswin Farrugia is a warranted accountant and the founder of his own independent accounting practice in Malta. He supports self-employed individuals, partnerships and small businesses across a range of industries. His responsibilities include bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax and VAT compliance, payroll, business registrations and ongoing financial guidance. Through his practice, Oswin aims to make accounting clear and accessible while helping clients remain compliant and make well-informed business decisions. 

He has extensive experience in both financial management and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions including Head of Finance, Financial Controller and General Manager. His professional background includes experience within the international travel-retail sector, where he was responsible for significant commercial operations, financial performance and the leadership of large teams. He has also worked within a leading audit and advisory environment, overseeing internal finance, financial controls, compliance and governance-related processes. 

Oswin is a full member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School, University of Reading. He brings a practical and commercially focused perspective to his sessions, using real professional experiences to connect academic concepts with the realities of business and management. 

Outside his professional life, Oswin enjoys swimming, travelling and reading. Most importantly, he values spending quality time with his family and creating new memories through family trips, outings and adventures.
