Cliff Pace
Cliff comes from a long career in financial services, having worked his way up to executive positions in a major Maltese bank, the Malta Stock Exchange, and the private sector. He has therefore gained significant management and leadership experience in both large and smaller organisations. Within the Malta Stock Exchange, he held several senior positions, including Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Head of Business and Product Development, and Head of Compliance and Market Operations. He also led the Institute’s involvement in various Erasmus Plus projects, acting both as coordinator and partner.
He managed a number of special projects, including the annual publication MSE Business Review, a 100-page glossy magazine published by the Exchange that addresses topical subjects of interest to the financial services community.
Throughout his career in financial services, he has held executive positions in branch management, public relations, marketing, and banking operations, in addition to gaining experience in the private sector. He is a visiting lecturer at the University of Malta and tutors Corporate Strategy and Organisational Behaviour at Malta Business School.
Cliff holds an MBA from Henley Business School, UK, and a Business Management (Hons) degree from the University of Malta, among other academic qualifications.
In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, playing squash, scuba diving, and spending time with his family in Malta and abroad.
