She fosters a participative and collaborative environment when tutoring and encourages learners to apply classroom theories to their professional experiences. With extensive experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Michela recently assumed the role of Group Human Resources Manager at Roosendaal Hotels. She holds an MSc in HR Management & Training and is currently pursuing her Henley Executive MBA with us at Malta Business School. In her down time Michela, loves going to the gym and doing some Hyrox and Functional Training. She loves watch water polo, supporting Sliema and walking her Dachshund, Bernard.
