M2.2 Finance and Accounting 2

This module will provide you with knowledge of budgetary control process, variances, costing methods for prices purposes and project appraisal methods, amongst others. You will gain knowledge of how business organisations perform project appraisals to evaluate if the organisation has sufficient funds to meet the capital expenditure requirements, and recommend ways to finance a project.

By the end of module, you will be able to explain and recommend different sources of finance that business organisations can obtain for a business project.
