This module will provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of people management strategies used in organizations. While gaining an understanding of the impact of both personal differences and organisational factors on individuals’ behaviours at work, learners will also be equipped with leadership and motivational theories that can be used to develop and empower people at the workplace.
By the end of the module, learners will be able to grasp the importance of how motivation, culture and the organisational structure, amongst others, effect the overall performance of organisations.
