M1.2 – Organisational Communication

This module will provide learners with an understanding of how organizations communicate internally and externally. Learners will learn how information and knowledge is communicated, a range of issues that impact on communication, and barriers to effective communication within organizations. By the end of this module, learners will be able to carry out a communications audit and create a plan to improve personal and organizational communication within an organisation.
