For your PowerPoint presentation, it’s generally best to limit abbreviations unless they are widely recognized (e.g., GDP, ROI). Too many abbreviations can make slides less readable, especially for an audience unfamiliar with them. If you do use abbreviations, define them the first time they appear.
For your written assignment, you can use abbreviations as long as they are clearly defined in an abbreviation list at the beginning of the document (as per the institution’s guidelines). However, avoid excessive abbreviations that might reduce clarity.
