Customer Service Representative

Training Programmes Coordinator

Malta Business School is looking to recruit a Training Programmes Coordinator to join our small team on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating engaging and successful learning experiences for adults. Among others, the responsibilities will include:

  • Design of new programmes
  • Interacting with clients and prospects
  • Conducting training needs analyses
  • Report and proposal writing according to client specifications
  • Scheduling of our various training activities in-house and at client premises
  • Collating and reviewing feedback from clients
  • Administration of internal and external verification processes
  • Contributing to MBS academic processes
  • Providing academic guidance to our adult learners
  • Willingness to deliver training will be an asset

School Administrator

As a well-established Business School, specialised in working with professionals, we are looking for the services of a School Administrator.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent administrative and customer support via both email and phone. A friendly telephone voice and an aptitude towards customer service will therefore be considered an asset. You will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and developing new links with prospective clients, using the telephone to call prospective clients and acting as an ambassador for the company.

You must excel in organisational and communication skills with a proactive and friendly attitude, working well under pressure and meeting deadlines. Academic Support Officer

Malta Business School is looking for an Academic Support Officer. The duties will include researching, developing and preparing course material in a wide variety of management subjects, assisting management when liaising with clients, coordinating training activities in-house and at client premises, report and proposal writing and ongoing support to clients, amongst others.

The role needs strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as an understanding of the corporate environment to work towards the School’s strategic plans. Experience in course or workshop delivery in the field of adult education, though not essential, will be considered an asset.

It is assumed that the right candidate has hands-on knowledge of presentation tools, converses fluently in English, has a professional English language writing style, as well as a minimum Level 6 degree qualification preferably in business, management, adult education, HR or related field. With the right person on-board who is willing to be committed to drive our vision, the post has scope for growth and career progression.
